Daniel Radler has over 24 years of experience in various roles in the manufacturing and engineering field. Daniel is currently the Director of Engineering & Quality at Naprotek, a position they have held since 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Tempo Automation from 2015 to 2020, where they served as the Director of Factory Technology. In this role, they were responsible for tasks such as manufacturing factory equipment evaluation and selection, overseeing construction of a manufacturing facility, and developing new quality management systems. Before their time at Tempo Automation, Daniel worked at Axeon, Inc. as an ISO 9001 & 13485 Consultant from 2012 to 2016, Sierra Circuits Inc. as a Production Manager from 2013 to 2015, Quality Circuit Assembly as a Quality Manager in 2012, Oorja Protonics as a Quality/Test Manager from 2009 to 2012, Hospira as an Infusion Pump Assemblies Manager from 2008 to 2009, Plexus Corp. as a Focus Factory Manager from 2001 to 2008, and Solectron Corp. as an SMT Process Engineering / Fuji Technician from 1996 to 2001. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in areas such as manufacturing process development, quality management, and team management.
Daniel Radler has a diverse education history in various fields. Daniel is a certified trainer in IPC J-STD-001 + Space Addendum, with a focus on the requirements for soldered electrical and electronic assemblies. Daniel also holds an AS9100 Lead Auditor Certification from Quality Management International, specializing in aerospace quality management systems. Furthermore, they are certified in Six Sigma from Motorola University. Additionally, Radler has obtained an ISO9001 Auditor Certification and is trained as an administrator in process flow and quality data analytics by AEGIS FactoryLogic. Daniel has also received training in IPC-610 Printed Circuit Board Assemblies as a certified trainer. Radler holds an ISO 9001 36 Hour Lead Auditor with Medical Device Focus (ISO13485) certification from AQS Management Systems, Inc., specializing in ISO medical standards and auditing principles & guidelines.
