Neil Hughes-Hutchings CMIOSH AIFSM MRSPH has extensive work experience in health and safety roles. Neil is currently working as the Head of Health and Safety at AfterAthena, where they lead a team of consultants providing health and safety advice, training, and support to clients in the North of England. Prior to this, they held the same position at Napthens LLP, where they also managed a team of consultants and developed health and safety policies and management systems. Neil was also a Senior Health and Safety Consultant at Napthens LLP, responsible for delivering consultancy services and training. Earlier in their career, Neil worked as a Health and Safety Advisor at Thompsons, where they liaised with design teams, developed safety management systems, and managed mobile devices. Neil also has a background in the travel industry, having held various roles at NST Travel Group, including Safety Manager and Safety Team Leader. Neil's work experience demonstrates their expertise in managing health and safety, developing policies and systems, conducting risk assessments, and providing technical support.
