Romina Roldán Ruarte has been with Naranja X since July 2008, serving in various roles within fraud prevention, including Fraud Prevention Lead and Senior Analyst of Fraud Prevention, focusing on the investigation and analysis of fraud cases across multiple products. Romina's expertise includes designing workflows and procedures, analyzing user behaviors to identify fraud patterns, and participating in national fraud prevention forums. Additionally, Romina has experience in credit analysis support and customer debt recovery. Romina served as a mentor in External Communication at Universidad Siglo 21 from March 2022 to August 2023, where project management was a key responsibility. Romina holds a degree in Public and Institutional Relations from Universidad Empresarial 'Siglo 21', completed in April 2022.
