Currently serving as the Vice President of Compliance & Finance at Naranjo Civil Constructors since May 2006, Nelly has demonstrated strong leadership and regulatory knowledge. Additionally, Nelly holds a position as a Board Member and Regional Safety Chair for the National Association of Women in Construction from January 2023 to August 2024. Previous roles include Office Manager at Aggregate Industries UK from January 2002 to May 2006 and a Financial Analyst Internship with the City of Greeley from May 2001 to January 2002.
