Minita Ravindran

Minita Ravindran currently serves as the Deputy General Manager of Human Resources at Narayana Health, a position held since October 2021, after progressing from Senior Manager in the same field. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager at Cholamandalam MS General Insurance Co. Ltd. from February 2017 to October 2021, and as Associate Manager - Talent Management at Scope International from March 2014 to September 2015. Minita began a career in human resources at Prodapt as Team Lead-HR and held the position of Senior Executive-HR at Virtusa India Pvt Ltd before that. The professional journey commenced at Adept Technology Pvt Ltd as Programme Coordinator. Minita’s academic background includes a Certification in Management in Human Resources from LOYOLA - Institute of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Production Technologies from the University of Madras.
