Rituparna Mukherjee is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and strategic HR management. Currently serving as the DGM of Corporate Talent Acquisition at Narayana Health since February 2024, Rituparna focuses on transformative talent strategies, leadership hiring, and enhancing employer branding. Previously, Rituparna was the Strategic HR Partner and Founder at TalentBerry, where the emphasis was on creating impactful people strategies for high-growth startups.
