Ruma Saxena

Ruma Saxena is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources and compensation management. Currently serving as the Head of Compensation & Benefits (COE) and Regional HR Head for North & West at Narayana Health since December 2017, Ruma has previously held significant roles at Max Healthcare from January 2012 to November 2017, including Assistant General Manager of Human Resources. Ruma's career in HR began at Max Healthcare Institute Ltd., where responsibilities included various managerial positions from May 2006 to July 2011. Ruma holds a Postgraduate degree in Management from IMS, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor's degree in Arts from Delhi University, complemented by a foundational education at St. Joseph's School and Delhi Public School - Vidyut Nagar.
