Sandeep Mamgai

Sandeep Mamgai serves as the Deputy General Manager and Unit Head of Human Resources at Narayana Health since July 2017, overseeing HR operations for over 1,000 employees at the Dharamshila Narayana Hospital in Delhi, a 300-bed NABH Accredited facility. Prior to this role, Sandeep held the position of Senior Manager of Human Resources at Ratna Sagar P Ltd from October 2009 to July 2017, and was an Assistant Manager in Human Resources at both SDG Corporation and Artech Information Systems. Sandeep began the HR career as an HR Coordinator at DCM Data Systems. Educational qualifications include a PGCHR from XLRI Jamshedpur, a PGDHR from IMT, and a PGDM from YMCA Institute of Management, along with a Bachelor's Degree from Delhi College of Arts & Commerce.
