Suraj Singh

Suraj Singh has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources. Suraj currently holds the position of Head of People Operations at Narayana Health since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a People Business Partner at Ericsson from 2014 to 2022. Suraj also served as a Senior Manager-Business Partner at Infosys Limited from 2012 to 2014, and as a Senior Manager-Human Capital at Future Generali India Life Insurance Company Limited from 2008 to 2012. Suraj Singh has also held managerial positions at Bharti Airtel Services Limited, Tata Teleservices Limited, TNT India Private Limited, and Gati Limited. In their role at Gati Limited, they played a key role in the conceptualization of the "Gati Learning School" and was involved in the implementation of Performance Management Systems. Throughout their career, Suraj Singh has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in handling various HR functions.

Suraj Singh's education history starts with their 10+2 degree in commerce from Kendriya Vidyalaya, which they completed between 1992 and 1994. Suraj then enrolled at Badruka College of Commerce, where they pursued their Graduate degree in Commerce and Accounts from 1994 to 1997. Subsequently, Suraj further advanced their education at the same institution and obtained a Post Graduate degree in Personnel Management and Industrial Relationship, which they completed between 1997 and 1999.
