Vitalijus Trakselis has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Vitalijus began their career at PC College GbR in 2012, where they conducted a seminar on MS PowerPoint 2010 Advanced. Vitalijus then moved on to Controller Akademie AG in 2013, where they participated in a seminar on Finance-Controlling. In 2010, they joined Kölner Verkehrs-Betriebe AG and held roles in Subsidy-Controlling and Benchmarking, Management Development Program, and Controlling, Investment Projects, and Riskmanagement. At AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2018, they obtained a PRINCE2 Practitioner certification. From 2014 to 2019, Trakselis worked at AB Klaipėdos Nafta, where they served as a Project Manager and Economist. Vitalijus received EU co-funding and an international sustainability Energy Globe Award during their time there. Trakselis also developed a business plan and negotiated a cost compensation model for the small-scale LNG distribution facility. In 2019, they transitioned to JSC "Lithuanian Railways" as a Project Manager responsible for the transformation of railway technical maintenance. Vitalijus performed similar responsibilities in their subsequent role at LTG Infra from 2020 to 2022. In 2022, Trakselis joined Narbuto paramos fondas, VšĮ as a Director and then moved on to NARBUTAS later that year, where they served as the Director of Business Development. Currently, they hold the position of Director at UAB Amplifico from 2023 onwards.
Vitalijus Trakselis completed their high school education at Hermano Zudermano Gimnazija from 1990 to 2002. Vitalijus then pursued their higher education at the University of Cologne from 2002 to 2009, where they obtained a Dipl. Kaufmann degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre (Business Administration).
In terms of additional certifications, Vitalijus Trakselis has obtained various certifications in Agile, DevOps, and project management. Vitalijus acquired the PRINCE2 Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2018, followed by the PRINCE2 Practitioner certification in May 2018. Recently, in 2022, they completed several online courses on LinkedIn, including "Applying Lean, DevOps, and Agile to Your IT Organization," "Agile Development Practices," "Agile Product Owner Role: Techniques," "DevOps Foundations: Lean and Agile," and "Enterprise Agile: Growing Scrum."
