Paul Mok is an accomplished architect and designer currently working at nARCHITECTS since June 2018, bringing a diverse range of experience in architectural design and project management. Prior to nARCHITECTS, Paul Mok held positions at reputable firms including Takenaka Corporation as a trainee, Michael Maltzan Architecture, Inc. as an intern, and Rural Urban Framework as a design and research assistant, contributing to significant projects such as the Shenzhen Hong Kong Biennale and the Chicago Biennale. Paul Mok's earlier career includes roles as an architectural designer at Index Architecture Ltd, where notable work included various interior renovations and installations, as well as academic experience as a teaching assistant at the University of Hong Kong. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design and a BA in Architecture from The University of Hong Kong, complemented by studies at Princeton University.

nARCHITECTS, PLLC, is a Brooklyn based architecture office led by Principals Eric Bunge and Mimi Hoang. Founded with the aim of joining innovative concepts, social responsibility and technical innovation in addressing contemporary issues, the diverse and international work of the award-winning practice encompasses architecture, interiors, and urban design. Projects include Carmel Place/My Micro NY - New York City’s first micro unit building, the renovation of Chicago Navy Pier with team lead James Corner Field Operations, the design center A/D/O in Brooklyn for Mini/BMW, the Wyckoff House Museum in Brooklyn, Manhattan’s Switch Building, the bamboo Canopy for MoMA/P.S.1, the M2 Building in Calgary, and a pavilion for the XX1st Milan Triennale in 2016. nARCHITECTS’ numerous awards and honors include a 2016 American Academy of Arts and Letters Award in architecture, the 2017 AIANYS Firm of the Year Award, a 2017 national AIA Institute Honor Award in Architecture, the AIANY Andrew J Thomas Award for Pioneers in Housing, the Architectural League’s Emerging Voices in 2006 and Young Architects Forum prize in 2001, several AIA NY Design Honor Awards, and the Canadian Professional Rome Prize in 2005. The firm was ranked within the top 10 in the US in the design category for three consecutive years from 2014-16 US by Architect Magazine. In 2012, World Architecture News named nARCHITECTS “part of a select group crowned to lead the next generation of designers in the 21st century.”
