Maxwell Abbott

Maxwell Abbott has extensive experience in the fields of political risk, strategic intelligence, business intelligence, government affairs, and human rights. Maxwell has held leadership roles at Nardello & Co., The Risk Advisory Group, and Vriens & Partners, where they developed strategies and provided analysis to assist clients in various industries. Additionally, they have worked on legal research, data analysis, and human rights projects for organizations such as Open Society Foundations, BABSEA CLE, and the UNDP.

Maxwell Abbott completed their undergraduate education at The George Washington University from 2004 to 2008, earning a B.A. in Political Science and Philosophy. Maxwell then pursued a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at Columbia Law School from 2009 to 2012, specializing in International Law and Legal Studies. Prior to their college education, they attended Hawken School from 2000 to 2004. In addition, they obtained certifications in Project Design, Monitoring, and Evaluation from PM4DEV in 2017, and in Strategic Human Rights Litigation from Central European University in 2016.
