Saad Oulhaj

Saad Oulhaj is a seasoned professional in project management within the energy sector, currently serving as the Senior Project Development Manager at NAREVA HOLDING since January 2022. Prior to this role, Saad Oulhaj held the position of Senior Project Delivery Manager at ENGIE from January 2018 to December 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing large PV solar project developments, managing due diligence processes, negotiating EPC contracts, supervising engineering and procurement, and ensuring operational project delivery. Saad Oulhaj has successfully contributed to the construction of 12 solar power plants in France (totaling 237 MWp) during the tenure at ENGIE. Saad Oulhaj holds two Master's degrees in Energy, one from École Polytechnique and another from Mines Paris - PSL.
