Currently serving as a Colorado Board Member for the National Association of Royalty Owners since April 2022, Justin advocates for the empowerment of mineral and royalty owners. As a co-host of the Mineral Rights Podcast since August 2018, Justin educates listeners on managing mineral rights and royalties through interviews and actionable tips. Additionally, Justin co-founded Little Glass Art, a stained glass studio in Colorado, in November 2016. Previous positions include roles in marketing, business development, and sales management at companies like Gruber Companies and Manroy Defense Systems, where Justin demonstrated a focus on restructuring teams and enhancing client relationships.
