Patricia Kellner Sphr

Patricia Kellner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has an extensive background in human resources and leadership roles. Patricia currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at North American Roofing Services LLC since November 2022. Prior to this, they were the Human Resources Director at Kimco Facility Services, LLC from June 2019 to October 2022. Patricia also held the position of Organizational Development Leader at Hooters of America from 2017 to 2018. Patricia served as the Leader of Human Resources and Facilities at DataPath, Inc. in 2017. Before that, Patricia worked at Colonial Pipeline Company as the Director of Human Resources from 2014 to 2017 and as the Sr. Human Resources Manager from 2013 to 2014. Patricia also has experience working at Hooters of America as the Director of Human Resources from 2008 to 2013, and as an HR Manager from 2006 to 2008. Patricia began their career as a Human Resources Manager at Imerys from 2003 to 2006.

Patricia Kellner, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Georgia State University, which they obtained from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Management from East Tennessee State University from 1986 to 1989.

In addition to their degrees, Patricia has obtained several certifications over the years. Patricia obtained the HBDI Certification from Hermann Solutions in December 2017 and completed the Situational Leadership - Building Leaders program at The Center for Leadership Studies in August 2017. Patricia also holds the SHRM-Senior Certified Professional designation from SHRM, which they obtained in January 2015. Furthermore, Patricia obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in July 2005.
