Jody Radtke

Jody Radtke, MA, RCC, LPC, is an accomplished executive coach, leadership trainer, and facilitator with over 25 years of experience in enhancing thought leadership, mission alignment, and innovation for leaders and organizations. Currently, Jody serves as an Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer at Evolution and as a Positive Intelligence Coach. Additionally, Jody has held various roles including Lead Facilitator at the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business, Curriculum Developer and Lead Trainer for Outward Bound Canada, and Military and Family Life Counselor for Magellan Health Services. Jody's academic background includes an MA in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology from Naropa University and multiple certifications in coaching and leadership. Passionate about nature and adventure, Jody employs creative, nature-based interventions to support individuals and groups in personal and professional growth.
