Melissa Lago

Melissa Lago serves as a Visiting Instructor in Wisdom Traditions at Naropa University and is actively involved as a Yoga Instructor at multiple organizations, including Kondition, The StarHouse, and CorePower Yoga. As the Founder and Teacher of Yoga Transforms Us since May 2008, Melissa integrates extensive experience in yoga instruction with academic roles, having taught various subjects at Holy Names University and providing yoga education at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and Harvard Divinity School. With a strong educational background that includes a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School and a Master's degree in Philosophy and Religion from the California Institute of Integral Studies, Melissa has also contributed to spiritual care as a Chaplaincy Intern at Massachusetts General Hospital.
