Robert M. Baglini

Robert M. Baglini, Jr. is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in environmental engineering and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Principal Environmental Engineer at Narragansett Bay Commission in Rhode Island since October 2019, Robert has previously held the position of Project Manager at The Beta Group, Inc. from June 2001 to October 2019. Robert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, where studies were completed between 1995 and 2001.
