Imran Ali Khan has had a diverse range of marketing roles throughout their career. Imran is currently serving as the Head of Marketing at Narrative Magazine since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the GM Marketing at Kawish Media Group starting from January 2013. Before that, Imran held the position of GM Marketing at Jehan Pakistan Media Group from September 2012. Imran'searliest work experience was as a Senior Manager Marketing at Century Publication PVT Limited, where they worked for an impressive 12 years, from August 2000 to September 2012.

Imran Ali Khan completed their primary and secondary education at St Peters High School in Karachi, Pakistan. Imran obtained their Secondary School Certificate (SSC) in Science in 1987. After completing their SSC, Khan enrolled at the Government College of Commerce and Economics in Karachi. Imran pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree, specializing in Business/Commerce, General. Khan attended the college from 1987 to 1992.
