Alyssa la Spisa

Alyssa La Spisa has a diverse work experience in various roles within the fashion and cosmetics industry. Alyssa started their career at Floyd Advisory, LLC as a Receptionist from February 2011 to May 2013. Following that, they worked as a PR/Marketing Intern at Lacoste in September 2011. Alyssa then interned in the Wardrobe Department for the film "Syrup" from May 2011 to July 2011. Alyssa also worked as a Resident Assistant at New York University from August 2012 to May 2014. Alyssa interned as a Men's Wholesale Intern at Salvatore Ferragamo from January 2013 to May 2013. Alyssa had an internship as a Market Week Sales Intern at LANVIN in January 2013, and served as a Greeter at The Plaza Hotel- CPS Events from March 2012 to January 2013. Alyssa later joined Gucci as a Buying Intern from January 2014 to May 2014. Alyssa then joined Victoria's Secret as a Merchandising Intern from June 2013 to May 2014, and later became an Assistant Merchant from June 2014 to June 2016. Alyssa then transitioned to NARS Cosmetics where they held various positions including Associate Manager, Specialty Marketing & Product Development from June 2016 to October 2018, Manager, Specialty Marketing & Product Development from October 2018 to July 2021, Senior Manager, Specialty Marketing & Product Development from July 2021 to March 2023, and currently, they are the Director of Product Development since March 2023.

Alyssa La Spisa attended New York University from 2010 to 2014, where they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Their major was in Fashion/ Marketing/ Art History, with a minor in Italian.
