Deanna Spence

Deanna Spence is an accomplished creative operations leader with extensive experience in the beauty and retail industries. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Global Creative Operations at NARS Cosmetics since October 2021, Spence previously operated as the Creative Operations Lead through their own consulting firm, where expertise was leveraged to enhance operational structures for leading beauty brands. Prior experience includes a significant role at Victoria's Secret as Associate Vice President of Brand Design Operations, where Spence established the Design Operations function and improved workflows for a variety of beauty categories. Spence's tenure at Bath & Body Works included roles as Director and Manager of Design Operations, where leadership contributed to the success of key product categories. Spence holds a Master of Professional Studies in Cosmetics and Fragrance Marketing and Management from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Miami.
