Madhu Mitha K has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. MADHU MITHA started their career at Mphasis as a Customer Service Executive in June 2009 and worked there until May 2011. Following that, they worked as a Freelance Recruiter from May 2011 to May 2012. MADHU MITHA then joined Arnold Consulting Private Limited as a Recruitment Executive from June 2012 to June 2013. Currently, Madhu is working at Narus Inc since July 2013 as a Senior Executive - Talent Acquisition, and their employment is ongoing.

Madhu Mitha K began their education in 1990 at Chinmaya Mission, where they completed Grade X. MADHU MITHA then pursued a Diploma in Commercial Practice from the University of Madras, graduating in 2003. Continuing their studies, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Madras in 2006. Lastly, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources/Finance at the University of Madras from 2006 to 2008.
