Catherine Racette

Catherine Racette is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design and technical writing. Currently serving as the Director of Instructional Design and Product Training at Narvar since May 2023, Catherine has previously held various leadership positions at PubMatic from April 2016 to April 2023, including Director and Senior Manager of Technical Writing & Community Education. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Training Specialist at Wyng (formerly Offerpop) from April 2014 to April 2016, and Manager of Customer Knowledge at Conductor, Inc. from May 2010 to April 2014. Catherine began their career at Weil Gotshal and Manges, where roles included Sr. Technical Writer and Training Manager from July 2000 to May 2010. Catherine holds a Master’s degree in Professional & Technical Communication from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marist College.
