Eric Rops

Eric Rops, M.Sc., is an experienced Senior Software Engineer specializing in Data Infrastructure at Narvar, where management of a significant cloud migration project and the redesign of a data ingestion platform were key achievements. Previously, Rops held roles at BDO Canada as a Data Engineer and at Insight Data Science as a Data Engineering Fellow, focusing on backend processing and platform development. Rops's background includes a solid foundation in geophysics, with experience as a Geophysicist spanning several companies, including CNOOC International and Chevron, where data analysis and optimization were paramount.
