Natalie Rogers

Natalie Rogers, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Natalie is currently working at Northside United Methodist Church as the Assistant Children's Music Director and Staff Singer, where they lead the Cherub Choir and Children's Handbells while also serving as a Soprano staff singer for the adult choir. Prior to their current position, Natalie worked at Narwhal Capital Management as the Director of Human Resources and Operations and previously as an Executive Assistant. Before that, they held roles at Haygood Memorial UMC as the Soprano Section Leader and Assistant Children's Choir Director. Natalie also has experience at Creative Planning and TrueWealth, LLC as an Experience Manager. Natalie started their career at Kroger as an Assistant Front End Manager and later worked at Kennesaw State University as a Choral Assistant.

Natalie Rogers, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Music in Performance from Kennesaw State University. Natalie specialized in Voice and Opera and attended the university from 2009 to 2014. In 2022, Natalie obtained the SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM.
