Joe Johnson

Joe Johnson is the Director of Professional Services at Narwhal Technologies. Joe has over fifteen years of experience in the IT industry and has held various positions at different companies.

Johnson started their career as a Sr. Interactive Designer at Intava in July 2005. Joe then became the Product & Project Manager at BuddyTV.com in January 2008. After a year and a half, they were promoted to Director of Project Services at Terralever in August 2009. In January 2012, they left Terralever to join Unicon, Inc. as a Sr. Consultant. Joe remained with Unicon for almost nine years before joining Narwhal Technologies in August 2021.

Joe Johnson has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Washington State University. Joe also has certification from Scrum Alliance in Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Amazon Web Services (AWS) in AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Master, Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner, and Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Professional.

Their manager is Jeff Cross, Co-Founder, CEO & Principal Architect. Joe Johnson works with Caitlin Cashin - Developer Marketing Manager, Juri Strumpflohner - Director, Developer Experience, and Thomas Kuehne - Controller.
