Philip Fulcher

Philip Fulcher is a senior engineer at Narwhal Technologies. Philip previously worked as an engineer at Hach from October 2016 to January 2020 and as a software engineer at Flashpoint Informatics from July 2011 to April 2012. At Hach, they were a member of the architecture team defining standards and approaches for global teams. Philip also led the transition from AngularJS to Angular 2+ as part of the development team. Philip then worked on the Claros suite of applications. At Flashpoint Informatics, they were the lead developer for both internal and external projects. Philip designed and developed the checkout process and admin panel for cloudmyoffice.com, a turnkey virtual desktop infrastructure provider. Philip also developed a new admin panel for vmstormvps.com, a virtual private server provider. Philip also designed and implemented a reusable billing system for both cloudmyoffice.com and vmstormvps.com. Philip completed an external project for a client within one month of joining the company and enhanced the internal PHP framework with a templating engine.

Philip Fulcher has a MSIS from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS from the same school in Information Science.
