Angel Bert Tausa is currently involved in Community Operations Support at Nas Company since January 2024, previously serving as a Community Support Team Member from March 2022 to April 2023. Key responsibilities have included becoming a subject matter expert on the Nas.io product and managing community concerns. Additionally, Angel has experience in overseeing community operations for crypto and content creation classes, ensuring positive participant experiences and providing support across multiple channels. Previous roles include Marketing Team Member at Metapoly, responsible for managing Discord servers and social media, and Customer Service Representative at Abra, focusing on customer inquiries related to crypto transactions. Angel is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Central Philippine State University, expected to graduate in August 2024.
