Brandon Creager

Msr-ccrs Actuator Lead Engineer at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Brandon Creager's work experience begins in 2006 with a Mechanical Engineering Internship at Beckman Coulter Inc. Brandon then became an Orientation Leader at the University of Minnesota before serving as a Student Orientation Coordinator at the same institution. In 2008, Creager joined Exlar Corporation as a Product Engineer until 2011. Brandon then worked at Trinity Automation as a Mechanical Engineer Intern, where they designed custom automation systems.

In 2013, Creager became a Mechanical Engineer at Teradyne for two years. Brandon joined NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory in 2015 as a Mechanical Engineer supporting the ECOSTRESS project. Brandon later became the Lead Mechanical Engineer for the ECOSTRESS payload. In 2018, Creager took on the role of Lead Mechanical Engineer for the WFIRST - Coronagraph Instrument (CGI). In 2023, they were promoted to MSR-CCRS Actuator Lead Engineer, their current role at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

Brandon Creager received a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Minnesota in 2008. In 2011, they pursued a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering at UC Irvine. Additionally, in 2008, they participated in an international study abroad program at the University of Melbourne.
