Dave Gallagher

Dave Gallagher has over three decades of experience in the aerospace and technology sectors, currently serving as the Incoming Director and Associate Director for Strategic Integration at NASA's Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL) since 1989. Responsibilities include developing the overall JPL strategy, managing the investment budget, and fostering strategic partnerships across various agencies and industries. Previous roles at JPL encompass Director and Deputy Director of Astronomy, Physics, and Space Technology, as well as several program and project management positions focusing on significant missions and technologies. Prior to JPL, Dave Gallagher founded Top-Down Design, Inc. and worked as a Digital Design Engineer at IBM. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Purdue University, completed in 1982.
