Gary S. has been a significant contributor at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory since 1999, serving as the OCO-3 Science Systems Engineer and forming part of the senior management team for the Orbiting Carbon Observatory-3, a mission focused on measuring atmospheric carbon dioxide from the International Space Station.
