Gregory Whiffen

Principal Engineer 6 at NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory

Gregory Whiffen has worked at the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory since October 2000. Gregory started as a Senior Engineer and later became a Principal Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Principal Engineer 6. Prior to joining NASA, they were the President of Optimal Dynamics, Inc. from August 1996 to October 2000.

Gregory Whiffen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Astronomy, Physics, and Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison between 1983 and 1987. Gregory then pursued their M.S. and Ph.D. in Engineering at Cornell University from 1989 to 1995.
