Andrew Moore

Andrew Moore is an accomplished Research Scientist at NASA since June 2012, focusing on small UAV research and development, including autonomy, safety technologies, and infrastructure inspection. Prior to NASA, Andrew held various leadership roles, including Senior Director at Mentor Graphics, where responsibilities included managing a team of Field Application Engineers and enhancing product development and profitability. Andrew served as Vice President at Luminescent Technologies, contributing to significant company growth and venture funding. Additional experience includes key positions at TSMC and Mentor Graphics, where Andrew played a pivotal role in advancing semiconductor IP and marketing. Andrew's early career involved engineering roles at Xerox PARC and Tanner Research, as well as scientific research at NYU Langone Medical Center.
