Ben Ashman

Ben Ashman is a Navigation and Communication Engineer currently serving as the Director of Policy & Strategy for Space Communications and Navigation at NASA. Previously, they held various roles at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center, including Aerospace Engineer and Navigation lead for key lunar and asteroid missions. Ben also completed a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University and worked as a Legislative Fellow in the U.S. Senate. Their early career included research and engineering positions focused on innovative technologies in the aerospace sector.
