Chris Mouring is the Deputy Director of the NASA Aerosciences Evaluation and Testing Capabilities Portfolio, a position held since 2014, where they manage a critical $120M annual budget for wind tunnel operations at three NASA Centers. Previously, from 2007 to 2012, Chris served as Deputy Director and Lead for Revitalization at NASA Langley Research Center, overseeing various facility management projects and leading a successful $750M base-support contract initiative. Chris holds a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Old Dominion University.
