Dave Avallone

Dave Avallone is a seasoned leader and efficiency strategist with extensive experience in criminal investigation as a Special Agent at the FDLE from 1999 to 2015. They have held various strategic advisory roles, including with NASA, where they currently work, and the US Army Talent Management Task Force from 2020 to 2022. Avallone is also a committed educator, pursuing multiple master's degrees while completing a PhD in Business Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Their diverse skill set includes human resources management, executive coaching, and a focus on emotional intelligence.
