Dave Balajthy

Dave Balajthy is a Senior Attorney at NASA, specializing in international and space law. They have extensive experience in administrative law, supporting the FAA's commercial space transportation and regulatory efforts while also serving as an Attorney-Advisor at NASA Office of Inspector General. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Political Science with a minor in Criminal Justice from SUNY Geneseo and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law. In addition to their legal work, they have interests in public interest law, environmental law, and labor and employment law. During their free time, Dave enjoys writing and reading fantasy and science fiction, grilling BBQ, and watching football.
