David Hall

Leader, Project Manager & Systems Engineer at NASA

David Hall has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as the Deputy Manager for the EHP Lunar Pressurized Rover and Chief of the Applied Systems Engineering Branch at NASA since October 2008. Prior to NASA, David worked at MPR Associates, Inc. as a Supervisor and Project Manager, focusing on the design and regulatory certification of medical devices and nuclear safety circuitry. David's career began in the US Navy as a Nuclear Engineer Officer, preceded by roles as a Research and Development Engineering Designer at Hamilton Company and a Process Quality Technician at Tripp Plastics. Academically, David holds a Graduate Certificate of Leadership from Rice Business, a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Old Dominion University, and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno.
