David Pedersen

David Pedersen is a strategic leader with over 20 years of experience in Federal Human Resources Management. Previously, as a Human Resource Specialist at the Defense Logistics Agency and the US Navy, they successfully resolved complex HR issues and managed automation efforts for personnel systems. They served as a Human Resources Officer at the Naval Facilities Engineering Command, overseeing civilian personnel programs for approximately 1,500 employees. Most recently, David has been the Staffing and Classification Branch Chief at NASA, where they lead shared services delivery operations. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Messiah College.
