David Shindo, P.E., is the Chief Engineer for ISS Visiting Vehicles at NASA, where they oversee the safe integration of crew and cargo vehicles to the International Space Station. They previously held roles at NASA including Systems Engineering & Integration Manager for the ISS Commercial Element and lead Materials & Processes engineer. Prior to their tenure at NASA, David worked at ExxonMobil as a Materials & Corrosion Engineer and Field Engineer. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from The University of Texas at El Paso.
