Don Nickison

Don Nickison is serving as the Program Manager for the Arcjet Program Office (Acting). He began his career at Ames in 1987 working in facilities on a variety of projects and also in branch management before moving to the wind tunnels in 1998. A former Division Chief for the Wind Tunnels, he joined Code P after a one year detail in the Directorate office and became part of the SOFIA Project management team.

Don has his Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Mechanical Engineering from San Jose State University and is a registered Professional Mechanical Engineer in the State of California.
