Ed van Cise

Ed Van Cise is an experienced aerospace professional currently serving as the CMV Integration Manager at NASA, a role dedicated to the final assembly of the Gateway lunar space station's components. With a history at NASA dating back to 1998, Ed has held various significant positions including Flight Director, where responsibilities included overseeing the safety operations of the International Space Station and NASA human spaceflight missions. Other roles included leading training for flight controllers and astronauts and serving as a consultant and aide. Ed holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, completed in 2000, and has contributed to community efforts as a Board Member and Secretary at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church from 2010 to 2016.
