Eli Rayos

Eli Rayos is the Assistant Division Chief of the Structures Engineering Division at NASA Johnson Space Center. They previously served as the Chief Technologist and Loads and Dynamics Branch Chief at NASA. Before that, Eli held roles including Loads and Dynamics Section Manager and Specialist at Lockheed Martin from 1999 to 2004. Eli earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
