Eric Anderson

Research Physical Scientist

Eric Anderson is a Research Physical Scientist at NASA Marshall Space Flight Center, serving as the Associate Chief Scientist for the SERVIR program since 2020. Previously, from 2013 to 2020, they contributed as a Research Scientist at The University of Alabama in Huntsville and were involved in identifying needs for science support related to environmental management and disaster risk reduction. Earlier in their career, from 2008 to 2010, they conducted geospatial analyses for CATHALAC, providing expertise in disaster response and environmental monitoring. Eric earned a Master's degree in Earth System Science from The University of Alabama in Huntsville and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science from McGill University.
