Frank Spellman

Frank Spellman is a Program Analyst at NASA, focusing on the Innovative Advanced Concepts (NIAC), Center Innovation Fund (CIF), and Early Career Initiative (ECI). They are also a Space Program Technology Analyst at Bryce Space and Technology. Previously, Frank held various positions, including Space Policy Intern at the Commercial Spaceflight Federation, and Student Dispatcher at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where they earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. Frank also completed a Master’s Degree in International Science & Technology Policy from the Elliott School of International Affairs in 2023.
