NASA Nuclear Propulsion/Aerospace Engineer

Jackson Cho is a Nuclear Propulsion Engineer at NASA, currently focusing on advanced propulsion research and development. They hold a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Auburn University, where they also serve as a Graduate Research Assistant, conducting dynamic fracture experiments and developing convolutional neural networks. Earlier, Jackson gained practical experience working as a Mechanical Engineer CO-OP at Intuitive Research and Technology Corporation and led the Thermal Control team for the Alabama Burst Energetics Explorer CubeSat project. They completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering at Auburn University in 2022.
