Janice M. is currently the International Space Station Research Portfolio Manager, where they manage diverse payloads and investigations from various organizations including NASA and international agencies. Previously, they served as a Thermal Analyst and Thermal Technology Development Engineer at NASA, contributing to projects such as the ISS and lunar habitat systems. They also held roles such as Acting Orion Active Thermal Control System Deputy System Manager and Orion Assistant Chief Engineer, focusing on thermal control systems and vehicle integration. Janice holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and dual bachelor's degrees in Biomedical Engineering and Spanish Language and Literature. Fluent in Spanish, they have also worked in medical data management and prosthetics.
