Jay Boucher

Jay Boucher has extensive experience in the aerospace field, primarily with NASA, where roles include Deputy Project Executive and Project Integrator for the Commercial Low Earth Orbit (LEO) Development Program since August 2014. This program focuses on supporting private astronaut missions to the International Space Station (ISS) and developing Commercial LEO Destinations. Boucher previously served as an International Space Station Flight Controller and held multiple engineering co-op positions at NASA and GE Aviation, contributing to projects that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and technical integration in aerospace systems. Boucher holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Clarkson University.
