Jen Keyes

Jen Keyes is a motivated professional currently enabling leaders at NASA to make informed decisions while building the workforce of tomorrow. With a background in both mission and mission support areas at NASA, they have contributed to various team initiatives and served in key positions, including Workforce Planning Lead and Executive Officer. Jen has extensive experience in operations research, data analysis, and leadership, along with active participation in alumni career services through the Rensselaer Alumni Association. They earned a dual degree in Aeronautical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in Music from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and obtained a Gestalt Professional Certified Coach™ designation from the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland.
