Jeri Eckley

Jeri Eckley, Ph.D., is an accomplished learning and development leader and certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Having served as the Chief Learning Officer and Lead for Learning and Development at NASA, Jeri oversees training and organizational development across multiple centers, managing significant budgets and a dedicated team. Previously, Jeri held various roles at NASA, including Deputy Director of the Human Capital Office and Branch Chief for Talent Services, where Jeri focused on employee engagement and strategic workforce planning. Jeri earned a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Capella University in 2020.
